Flaming Strawberry Margarita

Cut out a small hole in the middle of a strawberry. Then cut a small slit on the bottom and place on the glass. Fill with room temperature vodka or other 80 proof or higher liquor. Light with a grill torch lighter. Turn down the lights to fully appreciate the effect.

Tips:
-room temperature alcohol lights easier than cold
-a medium-sized strawberry works best (too large and it’s hard to maintain the flame)
-a grill lighter with a long stick and a large flame makes lighting safer and easier

Take care and use caution as you do not want to play with fire. Never attempt to consume the strawberry while it is lit as you may end up catching something else on fire.
