Prepare for National Margarita Day on Feb 22 with this Frozen Mango Strawberry Margarita recipe!
Makes: 4 – 12 ounce margaritas
5 cups frozen mango chunks
6-7 large strawberries, hulls removed
2 tablespoons lime juice (1 large lime)
1 cup coconut water
1 cup tequila
2 cups ice
kosher salt for the glasses, if desired
-Make sure to use FROZEN mango, fresh will not produce the same results
-Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
-Rim the glasses with lime juice and salt and fill to the brim with the margaritas.
-Garnish with mango, lime wedge and strawberry on a skewer if desired.
