1.5 oz. cayenne infused Añejo Tequila*
1.5 oz. grapefruit juice
.75 oz. lemon juice
.5 oz. Agave Nectar
Black Sea Salt Blend**
Add liquids to a mixing glass. Shake with ice and strain into a chilled coupe glass rimmed with black sea salt blend. Garnish with a smattering of floated chili flake.
*Cayenne Infused Añejo Tequila
1 liter Añejo tequila
1 oz. dried cayenne chili flakes
Add both ingredients to a bowl. Stir occasionally and taste every 20 seconds. When infusion is warming rather than very spicy, strain out chili flakes with a chinois. Bottle the infusion in a clear bottle and date and label.
**Black Sea Salt Blend
1 oz. Hiwa Kai black sea salt
2 oz. refined sugar
Using mortar and pestle, grind up sea salt to a fine powder. Blend in sugar and add to glass rimmer.
