Añejo Tequila, Pressed Lemon, Muddled Ginger, Honey Syrup
2 oz. Añejo Tequila
3/4 oz. Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
3/4 oz. Honey Syrup
3 Slices Fresh Ginger Root
Muddle ginger in a mixing tin. Add ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain over fresh ice in a double old-fashioned glass. Garnish with ginger slices and lemon.
